Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders placed by 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday on the same day — including engraved orders! Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be shipped the next business day (Monday for weekend orders).

We aim to eliminate dispatch delays entirely. In the rare event of a delay, one of our representatives will promptly get in touch to inform you of the situation. At that point, you may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Please note that some product restrictions may apply, and certain items cannot be shipped internationally.

When placing your order, shipping and delivery estimates will be provided based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the courier service you choose, estimated delivery dates will appear at checkout.
