Returns Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective product), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is shipped back to us, you can expect your refund within four weeks — though it often happens much faster. This timeline covers:

• 5–10 business days for the package to reach us

• 3–5 business days for us to process your return

• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction
